Training Times

Training is available for anyone aged 7years and upwards

At present the club trains two times at week.

 

Mondays      6.30pm-8pm

 

Thursdays     6.30pm-8pm

 

Sunday 11am-12.30pm - Competition Training Blue Belts and above only (no charge at moment)

 

Please arrive ten minutes early for training sessions. Will all parents arrive ten minutes before the end of session and come in for the end of the session.

 

All training sessions take place at our Dojo (training hall) in Ryelands House, in the muddle of Ryelands Park, Lancaster. Sunday training is held at Red Rose Karate Clubs Venue in Lancaster.
